Original / Custom / Reproduction Guide
Every listing must carry one classification. Aftermarket merchandise may not be described as authentic Hasbro vintage. Factory-custom, handmade-custom, reproduction and maker-unknown listings display a mandatory banner: NOT AN ORIGINAL HASBRO RELEASE.

What each label means
- Authentic Hasbro Vintage — original Hasbro (or contemporaneous official) vintage production, not a recast or factory custom.
- Officially Licensed — modern licensed production (for example Classified Series or Retro Collection) sold as licensed product, not vintage.
- Independent Original Property — a maker’s own characters or sculpts, not presented as Hasbro vintage.
- Factory Custom — aftermarket factory-made pieces inspired by the hobby. Must use the warning banner.
- Handmade Custom — kitbash, repaint or sculpt by a person. Must use the warning banner.
- Reproduction — recast figures, parts, decals or accessories reproducing existing items. Must use the warning banner.
- Maker Unknown — you cannot honestly name the maker. Must use the warning banner. Do not guess “Hasbro” to sell it.
