How Buying Works
- Find the piece. Search by keyword, character, era, product line, item type and condition. Retro Collection 3.75-inch is a different line from Classified Retro Cardback 6-inch. Open the listing and read classification, completeness, photos and the seller’s return policy.
- Check the seller. Email Verified is required to sell. Identity Verified, Trusted Seller and Dealer Verified are optional or earned badges. None of them guarantee the item.
- Offer or message. Sign in, then send a buy offer or a question. Do not pay before the seller accepts and you have a Deal Record.
- Pay the seller, not YoJoeShop. After acceptance, pay with PayPal Goods and Services using the seller’s invoice or payment link. Ship-to address should match the PayPal transaction. Mark payment as reported in the Deal Record when you have sent it.
- Track and confirm. The seller adds tracking. When the package arrives, confirm receipt, complete the deal, then leave a review during the review window. Reviews publish after both sides submit or the window closes (double-blind).
If something goes wrong
Payment and item disputes are handled by PayPal. YoJoeShop conduct reports cover harassment, misrepresentation, disclosure failures, review manipulation and marketplace-rule violations. Moderators may warn, restrict or suspend accounts; they do not decide PayPal chargebacks.
YoJoeShop does not receive, hold, divide, refund or distribute payment for collectible transactions. Sellers supply their own PayPal Goods and Services invoice or payment link. YoJoeShop is not escrow and does not guarantee transactions. Friends and Family is not appropriate for merchandise.
