Marketplace Rules

These rules apply to listings, messages, reviews, wanted posts and ads. Breaking them can mean listing removal, badge removal, suspension or a report to payment networks or law enforcement when appropriate.

1. Be 18+ to transact. US selling only at launch.
2. Classify honestly. Factory customs, handmade customs, reproductions and unknown makers must use those labels and the NOT AN ORIGINAL HASBRO RELEASE banner. No authentic-Hasbro-vintage claims for aftermarket goods.
3. Photograph the actual item you will ship. No stolen catalog photography, no Hasbro package art as a substitute for the piece.
4. No stolen goods, no raffles, no fake preorders, no personal-data dumps, no harassment, no hate symbols, no pornography.
5. PayPal Goods and Services for merchandise. Friends and Family is not allowed as the deal payment method.
6. Do not manipulate reviews, sockpuppet ratings or threaten negative feedback for extras outside the listing.
7. Keep Deal Record payment and tracking fields truthful. False “payment reported” or fake tracking is a serious violation.
8. Intellectual-property complaints go through the published notice process. Repeat infringers may be suspended.
